What a wonderful time it is to be in the Real Estate Business and Market. The interest rate is the lowest that it has been in at least 30 years. Home sales are up in 17 states according to an article I recently read. I personally have been busy with sales and some of those have been multiple offer situations (more than one offer on a home).
